If your image is placed within the top 3 results, we would like to display it in the Results Section of the web-site.  We will normally use our judgement to omit ’sensitive’ images, but if you prefer to decide yourself, please click the small ‘Refuse permission’ box to the right of the particular entry to insert a check mark.

In the event of over-subscription, lower Preferences (higher numbers) may be excluded.

This form must be received by the Competition Secretary at least 7 days before the competition date.  It should be submitted electronically when completed, by clicking the [SUBMIT] button or by pressing [Enter].  Click in the Member Number box to start, and then  [Tab] to other inputs or just click in them.  You must confirm ‘All Entries Checked’ before you can submit.
