Entries for the Monthly Competitions (Prints and Projected Digital Images) must be received by the Competition Secretary at least one week before the Competition Date.  See diary below.

Please make sure your prints are labelled with the Title, Preference, The Competiton Subject and your Membership Number (self adhesive labels available from Competition Secretary). A digital image (1024 px x 768 px) is needed for each submitted print for projection during the Print Competition.

Projected Digital Images (PDIs) should be maximum 1024 px x 768 px and the filename must be the title as you would like to see it displayed during the competition.

Prints should be brought in by the Submit Date and all digital images should be attached to the Entry Form or sent to Lynda Haney as e-mail attachments (lynda.haney@btinternet .com)

A form to list your entries is available either to send electronically or to print out.  Please make sure the preference order is marked carefully as lower preferences (higher numbers) may be rejected if entry numbers are too high.
