PhotoShop Blue Skies
Use the Selective Colour panel to enhance a single colour
Can be found on Image>Adjust or as an Adjustment Layer.
For blue skies, select Cyan from the drop-down menu and push the Black slider to the right.
Then repeat with Blue.
